Since 1999, the production unit of APOLLONION is housed in its privately owned facilities in the Industrial Area of ​​Koropi.
It is the most modern unit for the production of pastry products in Greece and one of the most modern units in Europe. With it’s state-of-the-art mechanical equipment (mainly of German origin) and highly trained human resources, the unit ensures high productivity and guaranteed top quality products.
The production unit of APOLLONION is framed by a privately owned fleet of dry and frozen cargo trucks, with a recorded cooling system, with which the company sells its products both in the APOLLONION stores and in the wider market.

Upon delivery, along with the products, the customer receives the recorded refrigeration form, which documents the uninterrupted continuity of the refrigeration chain.
