In order to perfect controls and optimally organize production, in accordance with the most modern and strict European standards, Apollonion Company has installed and implements an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and an ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, Certified by TUV AUSTRIA HELLAS.
Furthermore, in order to be consistently at the forefront of the production of fresh yeast products, APOLLONION has a Research and Development department, which aims to:
- Meeting new nutritional needs,
- Continuous improvement of existing products,
- Harmonization of production methods with international developments in the food sector.
